Dave Wildheart is an English born musician living in Tirol, Austria since 2017. He began playing piano from a young age before quickly moving to electric guitar as that was what suited his music taste at the time.

In his teenage years he was in many rock and metal bands, where he played electric guitar. His love of music resulted in him receiving a 2:1 in Music Technology at De Montfort University in 2009.

In the following years a busy London lifestyle led to playing less and less music, but he was always a music fan and attended many rock and metal gigs.

In 2017 he gave up the London life for good to move to Austria to work as a Ski and Snowboard instructor in the Winter and a Rafting Guide in Summer. The quiet off seasons led to him pick up his guitar again and learn a few songs. This coincided with a global pandemic which resulted in a lot of time to play and fall in love with playing music again. Only this time it was different, it wasn’t electric, it was acoustic, and he was singing…

He played his first gig with guitar and vocals from his window in April 2020 to about 10 neighbours in the village of Prutz. This sparked off nightly window performances for the next 30 nights, ending in a 45 minute concert with many locals attending.

Since then his music career has spiraled and in June 2021 he officially became a working musician. He plays 150+ gigs per year at festivals, bars, clubs, pubs, hotels, restaurants, birthdays, weddings and pretty much anywhere. His music can be peaceful and beautiful or upbeat and exciting.
